There are millions of impaired users, customers, clients, friends and even family who struggle to gain access to products and services they need. Issues preventing equal access should be remediated now, today, and not be put off. Section 508 and WCAG are a good foundation to build upon, but we must not let the letter limit our expression of the spirit.
